iPad Safety with iBallz!

So we purchase these uber expensive devices and sometimes without hesitation we hand them over to our children for their enjoyment. I have seen the fear on other parent’s faces when I let the children I work with play my iPhone during therapy sessions, they know the unpredicitability of their children and even though I’d never give my phone to a child I think could damage it, in no way shape or form do they want to have to think about purchasing me a new one if they incidentally launch it across the room. So my  husband spent some time at CES in Las Vegas, and came home with iBallz!

iBallz – this shock absorbing harness protects iPads, Kindles, Sony Readers and others if your device happens to be dropped.  It raises it up from the surface, god forbid anything should be spilled on the table. Remove one of the ballz from the corner and adjust it to also tilt your device for typing. iBallz are $19.95 plus S/H and come in pink, teal, gray and black. (Those are actual photo’s my husband took using iBallz and our iPad!)

Before I headed out to Toy Fair in New York City, iBallz was gracious enough to donate a few samples to the preschool I work at for the safety of our iPads at school and a few samples that I handed out to some other executives and bloggers along the way. iBallz also sent along some of their new products including a satchel, a lid and a hard case. I decided to use the satchel at Toy Fair, and as pictured here, my iPad fit inside the satchel with the iBallz attached. This bag was comfortable to wear over my shoulder or across my chest and it held my iPad, dozens of business cards, zip drives, my wallet and small press kits. This versatile, lightweight product was great for the safety of my device while navigating New York City in cabs, on the subway, and through the exhibit halls!

iBallz provided samples to facilitate a review. The opinions are my own.
